All newly formed teams go through following 4 stages of development:(first proposed by Bruce Tuckman in 1965)

§          1)Forming(形成)- Who is leader? Am I suitable? Be aware of informal leadership.

§          2)Storming(動盪) - Question teams goal, and challenge leaders leadership.

§          3)Norming(成形) team members solve conflict themselves and develop a doable practice.

§          4)Performing(展現) A real team. Team leader delegate member to perform tasks.

Each team back and forth among these 4 stages when someone on board or leave.

在許多談管理書籍都會談到這四個步驟,PMP考題會把這幾個過程列在選項中,你要知道他們是什麼。回到實際辦公環境,無論你是成員還是Leader,可以回想一下是否是如此,差異在每個過程的時間長短而已,剛開始都是困難的,不只是你的team如此,所以主管職一定要一定年資以上,才可能經歷這幾個步驟,資歷會較完整。
