赫玆伯格理論:
§ Hygiene Factors 保健因子:即健康保健之於人的概念,可以保持人體正常生活,即讓員工持續在崗位上工作,但無法進一步激勵員工向上發展

- 員工從工作中得到的成就感進而自我肯定才是真正激勵員工向上的動力(What motivates people is the work itself)
- i.e., Role and Responsibility, Self-esteem, Self-actualization, Professional growth, Recognition
