Most of cases we can not exactally tell what distinctions they are, can we?

Generally speaking, we address these 3 as following.

Scope: to deliver 300 sets xx equipment to Tokyo Japan, by Y10.

Deliverables: Q1 submit design Doc., Q2 deliver 100 sets, Q3 deliver 100 sets and Q4 deliver left.

Scope of work is equal to WBS means project team has to take any necessary actions to complete 300 sets equipment and ship them to Tokyo by Y10,

Ex: material preparation, technicians to assemble equipment, QA to do quality test, IT to design man machine interface……(WBS)
